At The Battery Experts, we take your privacy and your vehicle's data seriously. In this statement, you can read which data we collect and why.

1. What data do we collect?

We process personal data and technical vehicle data:

● Personal data: Name, address, email address, phone number, payment details and Chamber of Commerce details (for business use).

● Vehicle data: VIN number (chassis number), make, model, mileage, technical battery data (voltage, temperature, SoH), charging history and location data (if necessary for the connection with the dongle/app). 2. Purpose of processing We use this data for:

● Processing your order and payment.

● Performing the TBE Pro battery test and generating the certificate.

● Linking a specific vehicle to a report (via VIN).

● Improving our algorithms and benchmarks (anonymized data).

● Customer service and support.

3. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data on. We only share data with necessary partners:

● Technology partners: (Power Cruise Control / PKC) for the analysis of battery data.

● Payment providers: For processing transactions.

● CARA (if applicable): For registration of the certificate.

4. Retention period

We retain vehicle reports for the lifetime of the vehicle in order to keep the history visible, unless you request deletion. We retain personal data in accordance with the legal tax retention requirement (7 years for invoices).
