Where do I buy a reliable EV battery tester?

You can order the TBE Toolkit directly from The Battery Experts. It contains the OBD dongle, the adapter cables for the different brands, and access to the PKC app. This allows you to perform tests yourself in your own workshop, with every measurement yielding a certificate that you can hand over with the car.
